TV Aerial

Hello. I have moved into a new house and have had a TV aerial installed. The Contractor has installed an aerial as per the attached photo. However, the connector is on the outside of the house (on the second level). It needs a wall plate or cover to protect from the weather. Perhaps the connector can be moved to inside the house? Can someone assist as the connection point needs to be covered. Many thanks, Michelle.
