Two electrical undertakings required; first is to replace a broken wall heater fan with another unit (provided). The second is to replace a Siemens underfloor heating controller. The controller does not need to be replaced with an identical make/model; would prefer something more modern/easy to use and something that doesn't rely on batteries!
