Install a socket on the wall

I want to install a new socket (B in the photo) on the wall in my toilet room. The toilet room has no socket, but there is a socket (A in the photo) in the laundry room which share the same wall with the toilet room. The socket in the laundry room is 1.5 m high. The new socket I want in the toilet room should be 0.2 m high to install a bidet You only need to do the wall-opening and socket installation work.
