Outdoor Double plug

Just need an outdoor plug (double plug) put on the exterior of my house. I’m assuming it will be easier to use the internal power point which is located on the same wall but there is a decent crawl space under the house if that’s not the case. It will be for charging a Nissan Leaf with the standard charger but am interested in options for a caravan type plug depending on cost. Please see photos of the exterior of the house and the internal PowerPoint which shares the same wall. Thanks
