Bathroom Extractor Fan Installation

Hi, I'm looking for someone to install a bathroom extractor fan with LED light. Ideally, the unit will be installed in the centre of the room where the existing light is situated, and outlet/exhaust will be vented outside under the eaves. Also, it is preferred to have the extractor fan on a separate switch to the bathroom light, and it would be good to have a fan with a timer. The bathroom size is approximately 1.7m x 2.8m. Ceiling access is through a manhole in the linen closet very near the bathroom as can be seen in the images. I would also like a separate quote for the installation of a heated towel rail for the same bathroom. The current non heated rail is 93cm wide. I'm not sure if it is something that I would need to buy and have installed or if you would supply this as part of the installation. Cheers, Gareth
