Power points, lights, rewiring perhaps

A two-storey family house with some issues with the lights, doorbell, stove, and outside garage light. Upstairs a few of the lights need to be replaced, and there needs a new switch/light switch in one room. Downstairs, the stove and lights have a few issues, and a few of the switches have problems. When too many appliances are on upstairs, the fuse cuts the power to one side of the house—looking for a free quote to get things sorted properly. I also have a hot water cylinder that I am looking to replace with a high pressure main and perhaps a hot water heat pump.
