Check dishwasher and remove and install two light fittings

We had an electrician come in to install some plugs. Now our fuses trip everytime we use the dishwasher. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but we need to work out if we need a new dishwasher or it is something else. The two lights are the main lighting in the study and bedroom. Need to remove old fittings and install new ones.
