Fluro Tube lighting stopped working

In a storage room under my house I have two fluro tube lights that stopped working last week. They used to flicker a lot before starting, now they just don’t go. I have tried replacing the starter and tubes with no luck. Ideally I would like this job complete next Monday 3 February after 1pm while I am home from work.
