Check total disconnection and identify cables from pole

We are about to demolish an old sleepout which had it's own electrical supply and meter. Earlier this year we requested that Contact Energy carry out an total disconnection, which they did and charged us for. I just want someone to do a final check to confirm that everything is safe for the demolition crew. There are also some cables just dangling from the pole to the sleepout - I suspect they are old telecommunication cables, but would like this confirmed. This is an urgent job, to be completed by Thursday, 30 November.
