Wiring and installation of induction hob

Hob hasn't been purchased yet (would like to confirm suitability with tradesperson first) but looking at a Fisher & Paykel 60cm Induction Cooktop CI604CTB1 or similar. Existing 3kw electric oven is on 32A breaker - not sure if this sufficient or if a new cable will need to be run to switchboard. We are aware this will add to the cost. Existing hob is gas - our preference would be someone who is also a gas-fitter and can remove the current hob or can arrange for such. However we can arrange the disconnection ourselves if required.
