It was unclear if responsibility for this work fell on myself or the lines company, Raz came onsite and inspected the work required, made inquiries, then passed me contact details and instructions for getting the work completed. I was expecting potentially thousands of dollars worth of repairs, I was very happy to pay the very reasonable cost for an hour of his time helping me sort this issue out.
