Bathroom LED light & fan heater replacement

Hello, I have a flickering light that is wired in so I can't change it myself :( See photo. We also have a Serene fan heater which has possibly been recalled (for causing house fires, yikes) - Unable to check serial number but thought it's worth replacing with something similar & safe! Please provide quote if possible, cheers.
