Install electric heater (mounted)

Hi everyone, I need an electrician to replace a panel wall heater in my hallway. The old heater is broken and needs to be removed from the wall, and then I need this new heater installed and mounted on the wall. There is a power source switch there that powered the old heater, but it might need to be changed to a normal outlet as the new heater looks like it has a normal plug. I also need a timer to be installed/setup and tested on the new heater. It is a specific timer for the heater but came as a seperate part. Pics of the location/old heater, and also the boxes containing the new heater are attached. Thanks in advance, Dom
