Bathroom renovation

we would like to make the following changes. The priority will dictate the allocation of the budget. Items missing in the list are plumbing related. Priority 1 1.2 Update lights above the vanity. 1.3 Add extractor fans to both bathrooms. 1.4 Add heating in the big bathroom. Either wall fan or heat bulbs or heat panel. 1.5 Update lights in the big bathroom. currently has MR16 but with a big hole in the ceiling. 1.7 Add electricity point in the big bathroom near vanity
