Electrical- Renovation and rewire

Hi We are currently renovating our --- s home incl. new kitchen and need an electrician(s) to complete all electrical subtrade works. The scope of includes but is not limited to cable installation, new LED ceiling lights, power sockets, light switches, data/phone, alarm cabling, wiring for appliances (e.g.oven, range), connection to main switchboard, relocation of minor switchboard, commissioning etc. Most of the house is on piled foundations subfloor with some on concrete slab. We have a raked scillion roof. The existing (original) cabling largely needs to be replaced in entirety. We have previously upgraded the switchboard. We urgently require a certified electrician to complete a first fix throughout the house to allow gibbing to proceed. The scope include second and final fixes as well. Please only contact us if you can complete the first fix/rough in next week (week commencing 17 August) and will provide a code of compliance cert. Working with our builder, we are open to various commercial delivery models e.g. cost plus margin or lump sum and are open to materials supplied by client or the electrician. Whatever gets the most economical outcome at a fair profit and delivered timely. I cannot attach the plans or schedule of quantities outlining the scope of the job, so please make contact with me to obtain further information.
