Urgent Electrical fault in house wiring small townhouse

I live in a small townhouse about 10 years old, very occasionally half the power will go out and I then need to turn circuit breaker back on. Today I was getting some plastering done as I'm painting the inside of the house and the power is surging off and on for about 30seconds at a time. Would be good if someone could look at this Friday July 31st
