Electrical upgrade - replace/new switches, plugs, lights

Looking to get a rough quote on the following electrical work, I’m looking to replace the existing sockets/switches for newer modern looking ones, the work marked with * is the extra work on top of the replacements, these jobs are nice to haves but would like to understand the costs of those too whilst doing the core replacements. Note there were far too many switches and lights to take photos of everything, but I’ve included a few to help with context.
