Residential house: Install new heated towel rail (we supply this) ,replace Stairwell recessed lightbulb in main stairs and stairwell recessed lightbulb in upper landing, replace dimmer lightbulb over bed in master bedroom, replace bulbs in both up/down exterior wall lights in rear patio, install power point in storage cupboard (there’s already one on one side) install PowerPoint in kitchen above existing waster master switch.
