Heated Towel Rail Replacement

The heated towel rail in my apartment bathroom requires replacement. The scope of work is as follows: 1. Disconnect the electrical wiring for the existing heated towel rail from the fixed wall outlet. 2. Remove the existing heated towel rail. 3. Install a new heated towel rail (heated towel rail to be supplied by the customer). 4. Terminate the electrical wiring for the new heated towel rail to the fixed wall outlet. 5. Test and commission the installation. 6. Cap and seal the holes left in the wall lining from the old heated towel rail fixing bracket screws. 7. Issue an Electrical Safety Certificate or Certificate of Compliance for the work.
