Wall Hung TV and Pendant Light

We're wall hanging a TV above a shelf and need an existing power and tv outlet at ground level moved up the wall behind the TV. All wiring is to be hidden in the wall. Need a recessed flush box for the power and a blank plate to cover the existing TV outlet. Can discuss the exact fittings before work commences. Photo of similar example attached. There is also a pendant light needing to be looped off an existing LED downlight and hung above a dining table. This is a brand new home with predictable wiring. We do heaps of these in Christchurch and will have a lot more coming up in Auckland. We would love a consistent and reliable contractor who lives around the West Auckland area.
