Broken wall heater

Our Nobo electric wall heater has stopped working. For a while the red light came on intermittently but now it's stopped altogether. It has a thermostat and an LCD clock display, neither of which work. I'd like someone who knows about Nobo heaters to check it and see if it's fixable.
