Electrical tidy up - install new heat lamp/tidy up left over wiring

We are looking to tidy up the house and fix some odd jobs: 1, Need a unused heat pump wiring/pipes to be tidied up back to the outlet around the back of the house (see photos). When we did our reno we intended to install a new heat pump using this wiring but put it on a different wall, so this is surplus. 2. Install new Heat Lamp in bathroom - we will provide the heat lamp to replace our old one that is faulty (the lightbulb had always had issues)
