Connect 10 downlights and Motorised Pergola

Relisting as previous contractor was a no show. Work in existing home - all wiring was upgraded / signed off in a reno done in 2018: 1. Lights to 4 Bedrooms: Disconnect / remove existing halogen / pendant lights. Connect 10 new LED downlights (installed) to existing light circuit / extend as required. Note 8 of the downlights have a 3 pin plug - and two are hard wired (refer photos) Replace one standard switch to dimmable - potentially upgrade existing dimmer switch if required. Easy ceiling access via attic stair. 2. Connect power to motorised pergola. Someone experienced with this type of connection preferred. There are adjacent existing wall lights which are no longer required, or may need to look at another route. Isolator required to be housed in a waterproof box if external. Can be viewed / done anytime except 24th - 30th - ideally this week but not in a rush.
