Mounting neon sign

Looking to have this neon sign mounted on the wall on my deck. Sign only requires 12V but there is no power access out there so might need to get creative. Keen for it to be connected up to the lightswitch on the wall indoors (by tree in photo). Not sure if wiring can run through outdoor wall but likely not - maybe needs to have a hole drilled to other side and then back in to the indoor wall cavity. Note sign has two plugs but actually only needs one, assume other can be removed. Sign itself should be easy to mount, there are holes for screws.
