Install kitchen extractor fan and externally vent

I need an extractor fan installed in the ceiling of our kitchen that is compliant with the Healthy Homes regulations (exhaust ducting must have a diameter of at least 150mm OR the fan and all exhaust ducting must have an exhaust capacity of at least 50 litres per second). The kitchen is not bounded by any external walls. There is attic space above the kitchen ceiling. I expect the fan will need to be ducted through the attic and vented through the nearby attic wall. I have identified a fan that seems compliant (Manrose Wall/Ceiling Fan 150mm White - 101 l/s capacity) but would like you to confirm or recommend another. I am open to either sourcing the required parts myself or including this in the job.
