Run new cable to fuse box in preparation for heat pump

Please provide quote and time frame to run a new cable from fuse box to proposed heat pump location. Gib currently off walls while renovating bathroom. Installation of new circuit breaker required. No works related to heat pump installation. No material costs required as we have everything. Would be great if this could be quickly done this weekend so that we can line walls. Thanks.
