Ewof for food trailer

Hi there, I’m opening a food trailer in Sylvia Park and would like to book an electrician for some setup work. The trailer has single phase 32amp electric. With all the equipment inside consuming around 12kW. But the mall only provides 3-phase 32amp electric socket for the power. I am seeking an electrician’s expertise to configure the electrical setup and ensure everything works smoothly. Either change it to 3 phase of stay in single and get new eof. I need the work done by next Monday 23/10 Please let me know your availability and rates for this service.
