change single phase 32 amp to 3 phase 32 amp for food trailer

Hi there, I’m opening a food trailer in Sylvia Park and would like to book an electrician for some setup work. The trailer has single phase 32amp electric. With all the equipment inside consuming around 12kW. But the mall only provides 3-phase 32amp electric socket for the power. I am seeking an electrician’s expertise to configure the electrical setup and ensure everything works smoothly.
