"I went out and managed to get the light going without replacing it. Home owner was happy as he did not have to buy new lights. The down light was not actually plugged in so once I plugged it in and it started working, the home owner was happy. Unfortunately they didn't work for long and it became obvious that new lights were required. I tried my best to save the home owner money. He wanted them replaced but did not want to pay for another visit."
