Replace rusty half-saddles in Greenlane

I have some 20mm conduit piping on my house supported by approx 20 half-saddles that are beginning to rust away. I would like these to be replaced, perhaps with galvanised or stainless steel versions that will resist corrosion better. I'm hoping that the new fixings will screw into the existing holes but if not I require the old holes to be filled in for weatherproofing. Some ladder work wll be involved as the conduit is at 2nd storey roof height in some places. See photos, thanks :)
