Install downlig --- replace a light switch plate

There's currently three fluorescent tube lamps in our garage that we would like to switch out to recessed LED downlights and add another, making it a total of 4 LED downlights. We also have a garage door switch which we would like to put together with the light switches into a single plate (please refer photo). We will buy the LED downlights and maybe the switch plate as well (if we are able to source it).
