The extractor fan in the bathroom no longer works - died after 10 yrs use. Need to replace the extractor fan with good reliable quite fan. The fan extracts directly outside through the south wall. Want to ensure we get a good quality fan that is reliable and that the flaps on the outside of the house do not blow open or become noisy in the wind. Current fan cover (inside bathroom side) is approx 21cmx21cm. See photo
