LED DOWNLIGHT MAY HAVE FAULTY WIRING/SWITCH

I have a LED DOWNLIGHT in my wardrobe that I know works but the wiring or switch is faulty. I’ve tested the light itself at the manufacturer and it does work, I’ve also replaced the converter. Still doesn’t work.
