Automatic pump with flowmeter and PLC controller for batch

Hi WE have an indsutrial application where we would like to set up pumps for batch control on a mobile rig. INitially this is a 1 off. We have our own flowmeter (pulsed output) and pump. We need an industrial electrician to wire the flowmeter to the PLC. WE have an HMI screen for the oeprate to set the batch size. If you have some experience with PLC programming we are hoping you can source a relatively low cost PLC (pulsed input from flowmeter and around 4 I/O) PLease get back. If you could let me know approx price to get first unit up and running that would be great. (WE have an HMI and and are already wiring this --- VAC side so no need to estimate either of these) THANKS! KIERAN
