ASAP Connecting cabin cord to outside plug

Kia ora, I need work connecting up wire hanging outside of my cabin to a plug already installed on the outside of the house. Currently its just a bit of wire sticking out of the deck, that looks like its been sawn off. Supposedly the electrics are all good inside, there's a switch board inside. We want the wire to run under the cabin, round the frame of the house and into the plug to make it neat and tidy. Would like to get someone in to do this as soon as possible
