Kitchen Extractor Fan Healthy Homes Exemption Installation Quote

I'm looking for an electrician who specializes in assessing and maintaining healthy homes. We recently had a healthy home assessment done, and the assessor told us that we need to install a mechanical extractor over our cooktop. Currently, we have a stove/oven that is inserted into the existing chimney. The chimney actually does a better job of extracting air than a mechanical fan would if we were to install one. However, installing a mechanical extractor would be challenging and impractical in our historical old house. We discussed this with the assessor, who agreed that it's the electrician's role to provide an exemption for this issue. Additionally, we need another extractor installed in a bathroom that vents outside, as the existing one does not meet current regulations. We would like to find an experienced electrician with knowledge in these areas. The job is in Parnell.
