Cylinder relocation and powerpoints

I'm having a cylinder relocated and interested in having someone quote for electrical for that and thought we should clean up some other household electrical items at the same time. -Cylinder relocation. Current cylinder is conventional type, going to a heat pump model. -New plug in kitchen, I'm looking to swap my fridge location and so need to install and outlet where it will go in future. Approx 500mm from board -Outdoor plug 1, ideally a quadbox located ~3m away horizontally and 2m vertically. Easy access. -Outdoor plug 2, my ebike storage spot under my deck. ~7m away. Easy access -Light under deck. Just a basic light in case I want to make this into a bit of a workspace in future. -Board clean up. Currently the whole kitchen + laundry is on one breaker which is a bit annoying and has led to us tripping it more often than we'd like.
