Ceiling Fan and TV cabling transfer

1. Install a ceiling fan per photos attached with all the required cabling done, ideally hidden in wall/ ceiling before the plaster and painting works by other trade 2. Transfer tv cables from one side to other side of room, hiding in wall/ under flooring before other trades work. Need to create a recess box in the wall for tv to be hanged flat, per refference photo attached. Need to start works on 7th July or soon after please advise your availability to start in reply
