Cable tidy up - new office

We have a new office in Auckland CBD, with 5 pods of desks. We are looking for someone to come in and tidy up all the cables (power cords for screens, computers etc) so that they are clean and tidy, and that there's no cords dangling down underneat the desks. We have all the cables and multiboxes needed (we have 3 x CSM Powerboards for each pod) - but may need conduits or baskets etc to be provided to make things as tidy as possible. We're imagining the CSM boards being attached to the underside of the desks, or to the desk legs, and all cables being wrapped up to keep tidy.
