Horton lighting it up

I am looking at doing some renovations and am trying to figure out how much everything costs etc. I know I need the plans and council consent for a lot of the work. But I haven't spoken to an electrician yet. I want to move the bathroom, laundry, kitchen, hot water replacement, additional bedroom and will need some new lights and power points etc. If someone could come over and have a look at the work involved I would greatly appreciate it.
