Changes in existing interior layout and 2x bedroom extension to the house. Currently the house is a 3 bedroom basic open plan. Would like to do changes and add 2 bedrooms to the property. The plans with council and approval will be recevd in the next few days as advised by the architect. I would like to knw the cost to complete this project by a reputable registered builder. Would like to knw the time-line from start to whn the plce will be ready. I havnt ticked all the boxes below..
