Installing accessible power outlets in bedroom and kitchen

The power outlets in the bedroom are sited behind a large chest of drawers and are thus inaccessible for the owner and her helpers. They need to be resited so they are accessible. They service a tv, Sky, and phone . In the kitchen there are too few power outlets for the number of appliances that draw on them: including a gas stove, a small electric oven, two free-standing lamps, a fridge and a microwave plus occasionally a toaster, a blender etc. These all operate from one power source and a number of multi - powerboards.
