Electrical- 2x flickering lig --- outside sliding door garage and x1 upstairs deck area. Also have downstairs lightswitch which is not working in bathroom. Plumbing - Minor leak under kitchen sink as per pics(area is damp/wet) Broken window latches x2: x1 in upstairs bedroom and x1 in upstairs ensure to replace.
