Hot Water Fuse (exchange)

Hi Brief I've been turning off hot water at (internal switch board) because it was easy + I didn't require it to be on 24/7. Then a few days ago it wouldn't switch back (up) to the "on' position. Currently becoming familiar with cold showers etc. Wd appreciate quote to get this working again. And I will refrain from touching the switch in future. Fuse is: --- + it's a G16A. If u need further details or a picture of fuse box...I can send it (but I don't want to "allow" chrome to access my photos. Thanks
