Replacing ceiling lights

4 ceiling lights need to be replaced. 2 in the living room and 2 in the bedroom. Lights are old. All are in working order. One is without the globe as the plastic clasp broke sometime back (photo included). My landlady or I will be buying the new ones. Most probably they will be the Verve 30cm Frosted White Elaine Oyster, from Bunnings. The kitchen lights are not working at all. These need to be replaced as well. Look like drop lights (2 on a rod) photo included. I would like the job done as soon as possible. However, would need a couple of days advance notice to buy the lights.
