I have a late 1960's flat which has a built in wardrobe in a small spare room. I would like wardrobe removed and a door put into the back room into a new extension. The extension is to be a 10'6" by 11"6" bedroom with a built in wardrobe along one wall and French doors to the outside on another wall. Apart from that the floor needs to be timber - preferably matai. I have changed my mind about the wardrobe because for the cost of making it bigger I thought I may as well spend more money and get another room if possible.
