Bathroom extractor fan install

Looking for someone to install an extractor fan in my bathroom ceiling, prefer to have a seperate on/off switch not connected to the ceiling light. Currently no fan. House is stucco cladding (flat roof, no eaves) - suspect you'll need to take the fan ducts out the side of the house (might need a rain guard?). Happy to provide more pictures.
