Wanting to replace my old towel rail as it's too small and coming off the wall. Wanting one with a few bars to hang things on as a replacement. Towel rail sits on tiles. Also had a leak a month ago and have lights hanging from the ceiling that had water come through them that are needing looked at or replaced. In parnell.
