Bathroom 3 in 1 fan no longer works, over 10 years old looking to replace with something similar style / price to --- The current cut out of the ceiling is not square and looks like photos, might need some touch up to seal it / expand the hole? Roughly 28.5cm at its length and 37cm at the widest part.
