Hot water keeps running out - inspection required

We have Rinnai Hotflo hot water cylinder located outside the house. We seem to be running out of hot water often. I would like to know if there is something wrong with the hot water cylinder or we are just using too much. I was unsure what information you need so have put some photos below of some stickers on the unit.
